Masterclasses – Music Society of San Miguel 2026

Music Society of San Miguel invites pianists and string performers to take part in an artistic MasterClass experience designed for musicians interested in refining their technique, interpretation, and stage performance in one of Mexico’s most important cultural destinations, San Miguel de Allende.

The program will offer both Active Participant and Auditor (Observer) modalities, with active participation limited to three musicians per instrumental category. Selected participants will take part in masterclasses, chamber music coaching, and artistic activities alongside internationally recognized professors and guest artists.

Open to intermediate and advanced-level pianists.

Three scholarships will be awarded for active participation in the masterclass with the guest artists.

How to Apply

Please submit the following by email:

  • Letter of motivation
  • Artistic résumé / CV
  • Repertoire: A 5–10 minute video performance of a work of the applicant’s choice from the classical, baroque, or romantic repertoire (Private YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive link)

📅 Application deadline: July 15, 2026

A committee of faculty members will evaluate all applications and notify selected candidates regarding scholarship awards and acceptance.

External attendees may participate as observers by reserving tickets exclusively through the event’s official registration link.
