Jonah Kim and Friends

This concert brings together internationally renowned musicians: Jonah Kim (cello), Sean Kennard (piano), Doori Na (violin), and Eric Silberger (violin), who will delight the audience with their virtuosity and passion for music.

 

About the featured artists:

Jonah Kim, artistic director, invites the listener in with “the cosy warmth of a well-loved cashmere sweater.” He is known for his unique and engaging programming, which has been compared to “the masques of Henry Purcell or the Gesamtkunstwerk operas of Richard Wagner.”

Sean Kennard, an award-winning pianist, blends virtuosic technique with deep sensitivity—“powerful and involved music-making.” His career includes international accolades and performances at iconic venues such as the Kennedy Center and Alice Tully Hall.

Doori Na, a versatile violinist, has participated in innovative projects in both contemporary and traditional classical music, standing out for his technical precision and emotional depth.
